Since its debut in 2007, the Alpine frame has gained legendary status amongst hard riding mountain bikers, as a do anything, go anywhere hardtail mountain bike frame.

This latest generation of the Alpine frame continues to build on that legend, but with some vital updates to bring it bang up to date, such as wheel size being upped to 27.5”, the back end now accommodates the 142 x 12 hub/axle standard, and the seat tube is now 31.6mm stealth dropper compatible.

The Alpine still uses an XX44 head tube to make it compatible with all current fork steerer sizes.  Geometry is still designed to be used with 120mm to 160mm travel forks, but this latest incarnation gets a slightly slacker head angle than previous iterations.  And we have remained true to our British roots by using tried and tested Reynolds 631 Air Hardened steel to keep strength and quality at the high end of the spectrum.
