dialled bikes normally sells directly to the customer. This enables us to be closer to our customer base, reduce overheads and pass on the savings to the end user. It also allows us to offer our customers a more personal level of service that most bigger bike companies cannot aspire to. However, if you prefer to use a local bike shop for your purchases, we respect that and are more than happy to deal with customer-focussed shops too.

In the UK, dialled bikes runs 2 very successful race teams (BMX and 4X) which includes national and international champions. We also support a number of grass roots mountain bike and BMX events on an annual basis. This is something we'd eventually like to do in the US.

Since we started dialled bikes in 2003, we've seen the popularity and reputation of dialled bikes spread throughout the UK and Europe. We hope the dialled bikes brand will be as well received and highly regarded in the US.
